Welcome to Profyd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Profyd website at profyd.com and any related services, content, applications, and communications offered by Profyd.
Profyd is an education support company based in Lahore, Pakistan. We recruit, train, and employ tutors and professional staff who deliver online teaching and operational services on behalf of partner education companies that serve international students across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
By accessing or using our Website, applying for a job with us, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit any information to us.
2. Eligibility
You may use our website and apply for roles only if you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Are legally permitted to work in Pakistan, where applicable.

Profyd is a B2B education support and staffing company. We do not sell tutoring services directly to students, parents, or guardians through this website. Our website is primarily used to:
- Share information about Profyd’s services, culture, and career opportunities.
- Allow candidates to apply for teaching, sales, marketing, HR, support, and other roles.
- Allow business partners, clients, and vendors to learn about and contact us.
Where our staff deliver lessons or other services to end students, those students are clients of our partner companies. Profyd’s relationship with end students is governed by the relevant partner company’s terms, not these terms.
4. Job Applications and Recruitment
4.1 Application Process
When you apply for a role through our Website, you agree that:
- All information you submit is true, accurate, complete, and your own.
- You will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity.
- You authorise Profyd to verify the information you provide, including contacting your references and former employers.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a training opportunity, or a job offer.
4.2 No Application or Registration Fees
Profyd does not charge candidates any registration, application, or networking fees at any stage of the recruitment process. If anyone claiming to represent Profyd asks you to pay a fee, please report it to us immediately at [email protected].
4.3 Training and Onboarding
If you are shortlisted, you may be invited to interviews and a training programme. Acceptance into training does not constitute an offer of employment. Confirmation as a Profyd tutor or employee will be communicated to you in writing after successful completion of training and any other applicable checks.
4.4 Employment Terms
Any employment, contractor, or service relationship between you and Profyd will be governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not, by themselves, create an employment relationship.
5. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content.

By providing your phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address, you consent to receive recruitment, training, and operational communications from Profyd through those channels. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will not exceed PKR 10,000 (Pakistani Rupees Ten Thousand) or the equivalent amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
14. Force Majeure
Profyd will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyber-attacks.
15. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement between you and Profyd, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Profyd may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
