Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated talent acquisition executive for our growing team in Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates interested in talent acquisition jobs in Lahore, recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and hiring operations. The selected candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain hiring records, coordinate interviews, and assist in building a strong workforce for international education operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and recruitment documentation
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Handle candidate queries and support talent acquisition operations
- Assist in recruitment planning and hiring coordination
- Prepare reports, maintain recruitment databases, and support management activities
- Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing and operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to handle multitasking and maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

- Timings: 9 hours (may be rotational as per business requirements)
- Location: 30-D Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore (near Raja Market)
