You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of science education delivered to international students, helping shape their academic success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the Sciences department, managing teachers of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Combined Science
Develop, review, and standardize science lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with international curricula
Conduct class observations and provide targeted feedback to Science teachers
Monitor student progress in Sciences and devise improvement strategies
Train, onboard, and mentor new Science educators
Maintain departmental records, class schedules, and academic reports
Work closely with management and other coordinators to align cross-departmental goals
Manage and resolve student or teacher escalations related to Sciences
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field (Physics, Chemistry, Biology preferred)
Proven experience in teaching or academic coordination in Sciences
Strong understanding of international Science curricula (GCSE, O-Level, A-Level, IGCSE)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a multi-subject sciences team effectively
Experience in online or hybrid education environments is an advantage

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
