Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online and onsite classes for grades 1–8 students.
- Teach English, mathematics, and Science with strong conceptual clarity.
- Deliver engaging lessons for day and night shift international classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and assessments.
- Build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and scientific reasoning.
- Use interactive teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Identify learning gaps and provide personalized academic support.
- Assess student progress through regular class evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, homework, and academic progress records.
- Communicate effectively with academic coordinators and support teams.
- Create a positive, structured, and student-focused learning environment.
- Support student retention through consistent academic engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts effectively
- Experience in online teaching, remote tutoring, or classroom teaching is a plus point
Salary and Benefits
- Salary upto PKR 30,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience & job type)
