Job Overview
Profyd is seeking a highly organized, detail-orientated, and analytical person for an accounting & finance job in Lahore to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring transactions, maintaining compliance, and supporting the company’s financial planning and operational reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and monthly financial summaries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Process payroll records and maintain salary documentation.
- Track student payments, outstanding balances, and collection reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams for financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
