Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and professional customer service representative to join our growing night shift team in Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in customer support jobs within the education industry. As a customer care representative, you will communicate with international parents and students, assist them with inquiries, explain tutoring services, and ensure a smooth customer experience through calls, chats, and WhatsApp communication channels.
The ideal customer service rep should have strong English communication skills, confidence in handling customer concerns, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting enrolment conversions through professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tutoring services.
- Convert leads into successful enrolments through effective communication.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Monitor customer feedback and report important concerns to management.
- Achieve monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working in a day shift or night shift.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, GHL and data entry
- Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Location: 30-D Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan (near Raja Market)

Salary & Benefits
