Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain vendors records & documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support
- Handle official correspondence, reports, and data management
- Ensure smooth office workflow and discipline
- Support HR and management in administrative activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to handle multitasking and maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude and problem-solving abilities
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Shift Timings: Any 9 hours between 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Location: 30-D New Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore (near Raja Market)
Salary & Benefits
