Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Handle employee queries and support HR operations
- Assist in policy implementation and workplace discipline
- Prepare reports, maintain HR databases, and support management activities
- Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing and operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to handle multitasking and maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Shift: Night – Morning
- Timings: 9 hours (may be rotational as per business requirements)
- Location: 30-D New Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore (near Raja Market)
