Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Support Representative to join our inbound campaign! As a Sales & Support Representative, you’ll drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Communicate product benefits and features to customers
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
